Our auctions are open to the public, everyone is welcome to register. Our onsite registration office is open Thursday, Friday, and auction day, the week of sale from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Terms of Sale

All registered bidders must provide a government issued ID (such as DL) along with a $500 refundable deposit. You will then receive your bidder number, and an inventory catalog. On-site registration requires a CASH deposit only no exceptions.

A 13% Buyers’ Premium will apply on Vehicles & Construction Equipment along with a $20.00 lot fee for Construction Equipment in addition to all other taxes and fees that apply.

A 15% Buyers’ Premium will apply on Miscellaneous & Jewelry along with a $20.00 per lot fee on each lot purchased in addition to all other taxes and fees that apply.

A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required on each lot purchased on award of bid. Deposit must be cash. The balance must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on the following business day. Delivery of the merchandise can be arranged after receipt of the full purchase price. All state and local sales tax will apply. Re-sellers must have a valid sellers permit on file with GAC or pay sales tax.
